Curl Up / Half Sit-up

Place tape marks 3.5" apart.  Subject lies flat on back with legs bent and feet firmly on the floor, the fingertips should start at the edge of the first tape mark.  In a 1 minute time period, the subject should curl up enough so that the fingertips touch the second tape mark and attempt to do as many curl-ups as possible in the 1 minute period.
